We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Director for our Labor and Delivery department, who is passionate about leadership and excellence in healthcare.

Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the Labor and Delivery department, ensuring compliance with hospital standards.
Manage departmental budget and staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure continuous improvement and integration of department services into the hospital’s primary function.
Foster a collaborative environment among staff, patients, and community members.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; MSN or master’s in a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum five years of nursing management experience in a hospital setting, with at least three years in a supervisory role.
Licensure: Current Arizona Registered Nurse License.
Skills: Strong decision-making skills and computer proficiency are essential.
Special Considerations: No security clearance required.
