• Follow and enforce safety protocols including creating and enforcing a site-specific emergency
action plan for assigned projects in collaboration with the Regional Superintendent and Project
Manager.
• Oversee quality control program providing feedback to factory and participate in root source
analysis, as required.
• Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships and communication with clients,
project team, subcontractors, inspectors, governmental agencies, and adjacent community.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager, Director of Logistics, and Regional Superintendent for the
project set-up, job site logistics, delivery schedules, and installation schedule.
• Manage job site manpower production, and performance.
• Maintain a daily log for the job site’s operations, reporting to management as necessary.
• Coordinate with building inspections, subcontractor inspections, and agencies.
• Maintain and update project document control records including RFIs, inspection reports,
observations reports, etc.
• Attend company events including meetings, trainings, etc.
• Other related duties as assigned, or needed.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years single family home construction framing or project management experience.
• 2-years multi-family housing experience preferred, not required.
