Assistant Restaurant Manager

TTT truck stop restaurant in Tuscan, AZ.
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service when Manager is not available.
- Manage and train restaurant staff.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that arise - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality food production - Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills and setting a positive work environment - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary restaurant - Handle any customer complaints or difficult situations with professionalism and tact Qualifications: - Previous experience in assistant restaurant management role is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience.
- Knowledge of food production processes and ability to assist in the kitchen or on the floor as needed.
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and manage a team effectively - Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and ability to enforce them consistently.
- Ability to cook is a plus but not required for this position - Proven track record in team management, including scheduling, training.
