The Associate Lead is responsible for leading Associates in the assigned area according to established guidelines and procedures, assisting with and providing necessary on-the-job training to ensure Associates in the assigned area adhere to all procedures and guidelines in a safe, environmentally sound and professional manner.
Provide appropriate guidance, assistance and training to Associates/Temporary Associates within your team.
Report any accident, incidents, safety or quality issues, mistakes or other problems immediately to the Operations Supervisor, Operations Manager or alternate management personnel.
Promote a team atmosphere at all times by working cooperatively and professionally with co-workers and management personnel.
Work towards continuous improvement by searching for and suggesting more efficient and safer ways to process material.
Other duties as assigned.
