Our culture is at the heart of our success, and we are looking for talented individuals for the position of Manager, Compensation to bring their skills and experience to the table while enriching our already strong culture.
What you will do Oversee and manage the design, development, implementation, and administration of all compensation programs to support the attraction, retention and motivation of employees.
Develop and continuously improve incentive and bonus plan designs that best fit with the organizational culture, priorities, and business model.
Partner with Executive Leadership to ensure that all programs support the organization’s strategic objectives and are competitive, cost effective and in compliance with legal requirements.
What you bring 10 years of broad based and progressive experience designing and managing compensation and equity programs.
Proven experience working closely on all matters related to Board of Directors and Executive Compensation, including overall competitive compensation positioning, short- and long-term incentive design, and equity management.
Demonstrated track record of design, development, communication and administration of compensation strategies and plans, including bonuses, incentives, and other compensation vehicles.
Experience managing projects, including defining scope, managing budgets, driving deliverables, meeting deadlines, and managing competing priorities.
Demonstrated capability with Microsoft Office suite, including expert level skill in Excel and the ability to use PowerPoint to design presentations for executive and leaders at all levels.
Experience with a human capital management (HCM) system (e.
g.
, Peoplesoft, WorkDay, Oracle, etc.
