We’re currently seeking a Senior Manager, IT Innovation to join our Headquarters team! Responsible for leading Mister Car Wash’s IT Innovation program projects which are focused on transforming IT equipment, as well as process and service improvements for store teams.
The Senior IT Innovation Manager is to provide recommendations to senior leadership on key IT innovation projects and lead new projects from concept to launch.
What you will do: • Oversee multiple innovation projects to meet scope and schedule requirements • Work closely with cross functional teams to deliver projects with scale and impact • Evaluate current processes / standards and think outside the box to improve operations • Build out an innovation framework to identify, nurture, and scale innovation initiatives and culture that deliver results to stakeholders and customers • Conceptualize ideas from a whiteboard and turn it into reality • Develop innovation roadmaps that deliver desired customer outcomes • Provide leadership in prioritizing IT innovation projects • Foster a culture for innovation • Identify and manage external vendors in the delivery of contracted work with launching innovation projects while empowering and coaching others • Design, test and demonstrate prototypes to meet Mister’s needs • Thrive in an environment where requirements and priorities can change rapidly to meet customer needs How you will Shine: • 10+ years in various IT roles with demonstration of progressively responsible experience • 5+ years of IT supervisor or manager experience • Positive attitude and desire to work in a forward-thinking, collaborative team environment • Team player who can relate to people at all levels of the organization • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Energetic, forward-thinking, and creative individual with high ethical standards and a positive professional image • Experience with Car Wash Industry IT specific systems and software a plus • Travel - up to 25% What motivates our team: • Excellent Benefits including medical, vision, dental, PTO, 401k, etc.
