We are looking to hire a Lead Server to join our team.
The Lead Server performs all necessary duties to uphold the community’s standards of quality and excellence in food, service, hospitality, and friendliness, while also ensuring that other servers meet these expectations.
AM lead server must be available weekends.
Shift is from 6am-2pm.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Ensuring guest satisfaction when taking food orders Oversee serving staff to ensure high level of hospitality and excellence in food is displayed Delivering of beverages, as well as bussing and resetting tables Providing quick, efficient, pleasant delivery of food, while at the same time maintaining high quality standards of service PERSONAL QUALITIES: Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills Passion, dedication and commitment for providing seniors an engaging, enlivening and captivating living environment Flexible, innovative, and demonstrates the ability to multi-task QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION: Two years’ experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant BEZTAK PERKS & BENEFITS: Beztak has an exciting, growth-focused culture, and we strongly believe in promotion from within.

This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching.
The position may require occasional lifting of products weighing up to 20 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position operates in a dining room setting.
The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
The employee may be exposed to hazards including, but are not limited to, cuts, slipping, tripping, falls and burns.
Frequent hand washing is required.
