We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to manage the entire HR process for multiple rapidly growing healthcare companies under one umbrella.
This person will be required to have 3 years minimum experience in the field of HR Management and carry extensive knowledge of payroll, recruiting, and ensure healthcare and employer compliance.
*Responsibilities*
* Leads a team of Human Resources professionals and provides oversight into daily operations
* Coordinate with field offices in multiple states to ensure compliance with the laws of those states
* Reports directly to the Director of Operations to field and execute the mission and goals of the company
* Oversees essential daily functions including payroll, recruiting, performance management, employee file maintenance, personnel issues, maintenance of all personnel-related data, and the budget for the department
* Oversees all benefits administration including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
* Support other functions as assigned

* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

* BS/BA in Business Administration or relevant field or additional education in Human Resource Management would be a plus

8:30am - 4:30pm
This position is on-site in NW Tucson/Marana, AZ.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.
00 - $80,000.
