This is an Interim position, covering Cath Lab services at Northwest Medical Center for a contracted period.
Accountable for cardiovascular services departments ensuring high quality cardiovascular services of care through the cost effective and efficient management of Cardiac/Neuro Services.
As an organization leader, this position shares accountability for facilitating organizational and department goals using effective leadership knowledge, skills and abilities that ensure achievement of expected results for patient/customer service, employee engagement, financial health, business growth and quality and safety outcomes.
Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
Preferred: Master's degree ( i.
e.
MSN, MHA or MBA).
Experience Required: Five (5) years of relevant professional experience, including three (3) years in a manager role or higher.
Licenses/Certifications Preferred: American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross(ARC) or American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) BLS and ACLS certification.
Nationally recognized certification in area of expertise.
