The successful candidate will have strong computer skills, customer service skills and experience working an office environment.
Being an Office Assistant, you will be given tasks on a daily basis and be expected to complete them in a given time period.
You will be the face of the clinic, the first person that patient's see when they walk in.
You must have relevant experience.
We are looking for someone friendly, detail orientated, and enjoys coming to work.
Someone who has a passion for Physical Therapy, or a passion for helping others is a plus.
Full-time position Some responsibilties include: * Answering the incoming phone calls * Scheduling Patient Appointments * Making outbound calls * Verfying Insurance * Communication with other clinics * Strong communication and mulit tasking skills * Organization * Handling paperwork/Scanning * Computer literate/ able to type 40+ wpm * Compling with HIPAA and patient confidentiality * Welcoming patients * Willing to jump into other parts of the office as needed and assist with therapies * Strong Multi-tasking skills * Knowledge with CPT and ICD-10 codes * Billing knowledge Our ideal candidate can handle all of these responsibilities and more on a daily basis.
