Job Title: Restaurant Shift Leader
Schedule: Monday-Saturday availability required.

Role Summary: To lead and develop people and systems so that Operational Excellence is achieved at Chick-fil-A Ina at Thornydale.
Specific FOH ands BOH Job Duties will be discussed during the interview.
What we are looking for from the Shift Leader:
Ability to lead fast-paced operations calmly and systematically (Shift lineups, breaks, cash management, guest services, etc.
)
To be honest, we hate the term Manager at Chick-fil-A Ina at Thornydale, but realize it's what a lot of people search for when looking for jobs.
We prefer the term Coach or leader.
We expect our leaders to coach and develop people rather than manage people.
