We're looking for a dedicated _ *Park Manager in Tucson, AZ *_ to join our team today! *YOU MUST OWN A RV TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.

* _*Position Summary*_ Your primary responsibility will be to foster a positive and secure atmosphere within our park.
*You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all visitors follow our rules and guidelines, especially when it comes to trespassers*.
While most of your duties will involve creating a welcoming environment, your ability to address conflict and remove trespassers when needed is essential to maintaining the park's integrity.
_*This unique position requires an individual who is not afraid to handle conflict and effectively address trespassers and disruptive elements when necessary.
*_ We strongly encourage candidates with prior law enforcement experience to apply, as your background will be highly valuable in this role.
As a Community Manager you will also build and manage positive relationships with our RV guests and full time residents to ensure that they are taken care of on site.
You will be their first point of contact and assist with the community's needs.
Duties will also include property inspections, possible vendor management, monthly meter reading, and daily communication with the corporate office.
_*Key Responsibilities:*_ _*Trespasser Management: *_Fearlessly confront and remove trespassers from the park, and work closely with law enforcement or relevant authorities when necessary.
_*Community Management:*_ Build positive relationships with park residents and cultivate a sense of community among them.
_*Rule enforcement: *_Monitor and enforce park rules and regulations to maintain order and safety _*Emergency Response:*_Be prepared to respond to emergencies and assist visitors in distress.
_*Reporting*__:_ Document incidents and provide regular reports on park activity to the management team _*Benefits and Pay:*_ * $17 per hour.

* Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills * Must be able to successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screening.
* Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
* Must have reliable transportation.
* Connections to local police departments or a previous background in law enforcement is preferred.
_*Job Description:*_ * Patrol the resort to ensure resort rules and policies are being followed.
* Assist with Maintenance issues as needed.
* Develop and maintain community relationships.
* Forward guest complaints to the CE team * Maintain designated office hours.
* Check-in and check-out process for RV reservations.
* Spot check all RV spaces with Vacancy reports daily * Escort RV to assigned lot as needed.
* Utility reads – with tablet * Sort and distribute mail.
* Escalate non-compliance issue * Secure facilities and amenities if applicable Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.
