In this leadership role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the practice leadership team, managing the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring staff support, pet parent satisfaction, and overall clinic efficiency.

*Key Responsibilities: * * Oversee and manage daily operations of the clinic, including staff management, scheduling, inventory control and reputation management.
* Work closely with the practice leadership team to implement and improve clinic policies and procedures to enhance overall efficiency, productivity and profitability.
* Maintain a high level of pet parent satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
* Manage financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control as assigned by the practice leadership team.
* Ensure compliance with all Arizona state board of veterinary medicine regulations and standards, including OSHA guidelines.
* Help implement and improve clinic policies and procedures to enhance overall efficiency.
* Assist in staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain a competent and motivated team.
* Take a lead role in community engagement, networking, and marketing strategy development to expand the clinic's presence and attract new pet parents.
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
*Qualifications: * * Certified Veterinary Practice Manager credentials.
* Previous experience in veterinary practice management or a related role is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in computer skills and a strong command of office suite software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and other relevant software.
* Knowledge of veterinary medicine and a passion for animal welfare.
* Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and online advertising.
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets.
* Proficiency with practice management software (Cornerstone) * Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy.
* Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
*Requirements: * * Be able to work Monday to Friday, and Saturdays as needed (No overnights).
* CVPM or bachelor’s degree (Preferred) * Veterinary management experience of at least 3 years.
*What We Offer: * * *Base pay between $50,000.
00 - $55,000.
00 (Potential to earn a total of $75,000.
