Overview Intuit is looking for an innovative Sr.
Investigations Manager seasoned in content moderation and general Trust & Safety leadership to stand up a team of investigation professionals within the Ecosystem Fraud Prevention (EFP) organization.
This individual will cultivate a deep understanding of our suite of products and bring industry best practices as it relates to trust & safety to address large scale problems related to issues such as product abuse, violations of Acceptable Use Policies (AUP), fraud, security and other emerging risks.

As we continue to grow our capabilities, this individual will also play a critical role in supporting the development of analysis tools, rule engine integrations, and implementing stronger controls that improve our overall posture within the Security, Risk & Fraud space.
What you'll bring Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, criminal justice, security or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
5+ years professional experience in relevant domains (or domains with transferable skill sets) such as Business Analytics, Risk Management, Investigations, Threat Analysis, Trust and Safety, Fraud or Integrity.
3+ years leading investigative teams in a compliance, security, trust & safety or anti-fraud environment.
Familiarity with SQL and experience leveraging data visualization tools (i.
e.
, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
Demonstrated project management skills for planning/driving tasks across organizations while keeping initiatives on track to achieve desired outcomes Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to succinctly communicate technical and business requirements, business cases and other findings across organizational levels Ability to maintain composure under pressure and make sound decisions.
Must display a high level of professional judgment, commitment, integrity, and teamwork.
Demonstrates strong and effective leadership skills and ability to operate comfortably within a complex cultural and global environment.

How you will lead Lead a talented team of Investigation Analysts that review and respond to internal and external Trust and Safety signals of abuse.
Collaborate and influence cross-functional partners (content policy, product management, data analytics, operations, engineering, algorithms) to identify, assess and resolve related issues in our products.
Lead in managing daily team functions, to include providing real time mentoring, coaching and best practice guidance to team members relating to their daily work.
As necessary, conduct comprehensive, high quality end-to-end complex investigations or executive level escalations, completing a comprehensive analysis of information across multiple platforms and jurisdictions.
Provide guidance and oversight in raising awareness of broader trust & safety issues, and drive toward automated solutions.
Deliver verbal and written briefings to senior/executive leaders and key stakeholders in a compelling and data backed fashion Display leadership by partnering with internal stakeholders and external partners in thinking and acting critically to identify opportunities for collaboration, to raise awareness of trust & safety concerns, and develop recommendations to mitigate risk.
Stay abreast of trust & safety trends, emerging fraud threats, and new system/tools to help bolster platform and product risk prevention/detection capabilities
