Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.
Staff positions; assign parking cashiers to lane booths.
Issue parking cashier’s banks, tickets, and departmental two-way radios.
Reconciles parking cashier’s banks and prepares deposits on an as needed basis.
Monitor and maintain facilities for safety hazards to prevent structural damage or excessive wear to equipment on an as needed basis.
Assist in the training of newly assigned personnel and introducing and instructing employees on policies and procedures of ASM GLOBAL and Parking.
Must be customer friendly, self-motivated and enjoy working around people in a fast-paced environment.
Greet Guests and collect payments while always maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor while guests enter.
Ability to function as a cashier or flagger as needed.
Be able to effectively communicate with guests, clients, vendors, and employees.
Work with Sr.
Parking Coordinator to obtain, discuss and implement the daily parking plan.
Maintain overall integrity of Cash & Card control functions.
Always handles customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
Be always present and alert while on duty.
Count and verify number of tickets assigned and reconcile at end of shift.
Supervisory Responsibilities Supervises all Parking Cashiers.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with ASM's policies and applicable laws.
Assists in training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work and other Duties assigned.

Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum 1 year prior supervisory experience.
Minimum 1 year experience in cashiering, sales and/or other related positions involving the handling of cash is required.
Good leadership and communication skills necessary Knowledge of radio communication equipment Appearance must be clean and neat in appearance.
Skills and Abilities Good communication and leadership skills, with attention to detail and problem solving.
Ability to walk freely up and down steps.
Ability to speak and understand English.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Computer Skills No Computer skills required.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations No certifications are required.

Working Conditions: Requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to normal business hours.
Physical requirements include feeling and reach with hands and arms, walking, stooping, lifting up to 50 lbs.
