Plating Manager

*Job description* ```Duties``` - Manage and oversee daily operations of the Plating and Grinding Area - Monitor and check part quality and determine when parts are pulled.
- Work in the plating area as needed to move production efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency - Coordinate and supervise the work of employees, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and according to quality standards - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment - Oversee the packaging and shipping of finished products - Maintain accurate records of production data and generate reports as needed ```Requirements``` - Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a manufacturing - Strong knowledge of plating, plating prep, plating bath care, etc.
