* Ability to build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happens.
* Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively * CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain *Must Meet AZ State Licensing Requirements for the Role:* * High school diploma or GED with 60 hours ECE\* trainings & an additional 12 hour training in program administration, planning, development or management And 24 months experience *or* * NAC/CDA/CCP/CC And 18 months experience *or* * Associates Degree in ECE\*/closely related field And 6 months experience *or* * Bachelor Degree in ECE\*/closely related field And 3 months experience *Job Types: *Full-Time (35 hours per week) *Pay*: $18-$21hr *Our Benefits include* Medical, dental and vision, discounted childcare, education assistance, health and wellness programs, employee assistance program, life insurance, 401(k) savings and investment plan with employer match, and so much more! _KinderCare Education is an Equal Opportunity employer.
