Our Environmental Services Manager is responsible for the daily environmental service operations for our well-maintained campus which includes independent, assisted living, skilled nursing and long-term care.
Responsibilities include development and management of all ES policies and procedures, regulatory compliance, coordinating scheduling of staff, tracking all OSHA & SDS requirements, placing weekly orders to ensure product availability and maintaining a high quality of living for our residents.
Our Environmental Services Manager must possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Requirements:
5 years of ES management experience preferred
Strong leadership qualities
Excellent Customer Service skills
Fingerprint Card will be required upon hire
