This position has a key role in supporting all of CFC’s ministries, including worship services.
Responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, repair, and cleaning of all facilities.
This includes keeping proper inventory of all essential supplies and consumable items.
The Facilities Manager will keep accurate records relating to equipment, vendors, and important dates relating to required inspections.
These records will be kept in the main office with the Office Manager.
The Facilities Manager is also responsible for setting up all events scheduled at CFC including Sunday Worship services and classes.
* Hire and manage custodial facility staff as needed and appropriate * Conduct annual performance reviews of the facility staff and make recommendations for merit raises.
* Facilitate those who schedule use of rooms: determining room set-up and equipment (i.
e.
tables, chairs) needs, applying proper procedures for room use, etc, as needed.
* Ensure the Facility Calendar is up to date with approved room requests.

* Develop systems to inform staff and others of facility schedule in cooperation with the Office Manager * Manage and maintain church-wide facility budget and keep leadership informed in a timely manner.
Keep the facility in like new condition by routinely inspecting the interior and exterior of the entire campus and repair as needed.

Under moderate to little supervision performs restoration ,repair and reconfiguration using skills in carpentry, plumbing, painting and electrical.
Work will involve variety of physical demands.
Ability to perform related tasks as required.
* Keep the facilities clean, attractive and in good repair as a means of providing a positive witness to the community and the congregation.
* Supervise a small team of part-time support staff.
* Perform minor repairs, including but not limited to carpentry, masonry, electrical systems, plumbing, lighting and immediate temporary repairs in compliance with city ordinances and codes.
* Attend staff meetings and consult with the Director of Operations as needed regarding policies, needed repairs, significant purchases and daily updates of projects and facility needs.
* Help prepare annual budget for facility, cleaning and maintenance.
* Set up and take down the sanctuary and rooms as needed for classes, meetings and events.
* Repair, clean, wash, vacuum, polish and wax floors if needed.
* Organize and clean out storage units and buildings.
* Perform physical labor such as moving furniture and equipment, lifting, climbing ladders, etc.
* Maintain an organized work environment including the workshop and workbench.
* Store and retain various chemicals, paints and fuels.
* Work with and give guidance to volunteers who may be assigned to accompany staff with projects.
* Provide Facility coverage during some evenings and weekend services.
* Performs other duties as assigned by the Executive Director or Senior Pastor * Work to present tasks that are excellent, memorable, and glorifying to God.
*Minimum Qualifications * * Must be committed to Christ and, have a passion for the ministry at Catalina Foothills Church.
* Living a Christian life following Christian conduct.
* An understanding of and commitment to the church’s mission statement and core values.
* Must be self -motivated, takes initiative, have creative skills.
* Ability to work well with others and be a team player.
* Good communication skills.
* A willingness to work within church policies.
* 3-5 years of related experience.
* General skills in Building and Property maintenance.
* Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
Bend, kneel, crawl, work on ladders etc.

* Working knowledge of Computers, Microsoft Office and Office 365, and other Facility related applications.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $51,000.
00 - $56,000.
