We are seeking a *Program Supervisor* that will work closely with the direct staff and members in providing the best possible learning program that meets the needs of our members and a vision forward to our upcoming programs.
*Ideal candidate:*
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, lots of energy, and fun personality with experience in running a day program.
Your resume will not be considered if you do not have experience running a DDD day program in the past.

As a supervisor you will oversee the staff and also be responsible for a small group of members of our *All Abilities location in East Tucson*-A Day program designed to meet the needs of adults with Developmental Disabilities at our location inTucson, Arizona

*Responsibilities*
This person is responsible for ensuring that all program expectations are met providing members, staff and outside agencies with optimal service.
Provide leadership, guidance and consultation to staff and members.
Duties include but not limited to:
* Manage a small group of members up to 5
* Attend PSCP meetings
* Employee hiring, time cards and schedules
* Guardian calls
* new hire orientation
* quarterly progress reports
* Incident reports
* Van maintenance (take in to mechanic, oil changes when needed)
* Auth management
* DDD monitoring visits
* Employee and client files
*Coordination duties*
Coordinates: schedules, activities, transportation, family tours, new referrals, supervision of staff/members, medication procedures, and data reporting.
Care and safety of members attending the program
Attends community events and vendor tables when presented
Other functions may be assigned and management retains the right to add or change duties at any time.
*Program Goals*
1.
To provide training and supervision for the member to increase or maintain his/her socialization and adaptive skills to live and participate in the community.
2.
To provide opportunities for the member to interact with friends and others in the community, including providing information regarding and facilitating access to community resources.
3.
To provide opportunities for members to develop skills that lead to meaningful days, valued community roles, and promotes the member’s vision of the future and priorities.
*Job Requirements*
Education: Associates OR 2+ years successfully supervising a day program
Experience in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) field.
Good driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel.
Experience with highly organized DDD day programs
1-3 years minimum
Ability to be a problem solver and be independent.
Dependable, reliable with a good attitude.
*Training required: *CPR, First Aid, Article 9, Prevention and support and level one fingerprint card
