This full-time role is Remote.

TracTru works with over 400 ag dealers all across the nation, and we’re in the process of building a new website platform.
This Project Manager would be dedicated to helping our developers hit key deadlines to keep the web platform moving forward, as well as aiding in managing the migration of dealers to this platform.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of SAAS development and technology-related projects from conception and scoping all the way through delivery
Works with the support team and functional leads to develop and manage project plans varying in size with minimal support and oversight.
Clearly communicates project status, timelines, deliverables, goals, financial status and expectations on a regular basis.
Deliver projects on time, ensuring agency and clients’ quality standards are met.
Adapts to rapidly shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, responds quickly to changing business needs/timelines, and maintains relentless attention to detail.
Understands the full range of resources and products available throughout the company and can multitask and work cross-functionally.
Demonstrates practical interpersonal skills with peers, supervisors, and clients.
Is sensitive to style differences among others and adjusts style when working with different people.
Demonstrates the ability to work in a dynamic environment through flexibility, resilience, and a positive outlook.
Communicate technical information in an easily digestible format for other stakeholders.
Knows when to rely on own judgment and when to seek advice of supervisor and other team members.
Exhibits effective written and verbal communication skills.
Uses different communication channels appropriately and is equally effective with each channel.
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS or 3+ years project management experience in either an agency or high-tech environment.
Experience managing website projects from discovery to launch
Well-versed in Scrum / Agile methodologies
Strong analysis, critical thinking and project management skills which demonstrate you are deadline and detail-oriented
A good listener and team player who can build strong relationships with clients, account staff, and other senior managers in the firm
Ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize sometimes competing priorities
Solutions-oriented and recommends solutions when problems arise.
Nice-To-Have:
Experience managing WordPress or Sitefinity CMS website development projects
Current project management certification(s) and training:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) OR
Project Management Institute - Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) OR
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Experience with backlog grooming & management in Azure DevOps
Experience in user acceptance testing
Awareness or experience in UX research
