A beautiful private club in a suburban neighborhood in Tucson, AZ is looking for a *Director of F&B!*
*Requirements:*
* 4-6 years of similar experience in a Private Club/Country Club or Hotel.
* A thorough understanding of food and beverage operations is essential.
* Moreover, candidates with a background in hospitality, culinary arts, or upscale dining services, along with a degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary, will be particularly valued.
*Expectations:*
* The Director of Food and Beverage assumes overall responsibility for every facet of food and beverage operations, encompassing dining rooms, kitchen functions, banquet services, beverage cart service, and meeting rooms.
* This role entails recruiting and training full-time, part-time, and seasonal personnel, as well as directly supervising the Restaurant Supervisor/Manager and Executive Chef.
* Additionally, the Director plays a key role in formulating annual operating budgets and offers guidance and oversight for managing food and beverage costs and operations.
* Leveraging technology, the Director effectively manages all aspects of the food and beverage operation, which includes point of sale systems, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and more.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.
