Assistant Property Manager Location: Oro Vista, 1301 W.
Lambert Lane, Oro Valley, AZ, 85737 Job Description: The Assistant Property Manager will assist the Property Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the property.
This includes but is not limited to: Assisting with leasing and marketing efforts Collecting rent and other fees from tenants Handling tenant complaints and maintenance requests Assisting with property inspections and move-in/move-out processes Maintaining accurate records and files Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations Experience in property management or related field preferred
