What does Systems Integration & Test (SI&T) do? SI&T integrates, verifies, and validates our products.
We put our systems together, exercise them in the lab or in the field, measure and analyze performance, and make sure our products work the first time and every time.
To accomplish this, we develop plans and procedures, debug and evaluate system functions and interfaces, develop test environments, and work hand-in-hand with our customers.
Job Summary: The Hardware In the Loop (HWIL) Department in Tucson, AZ is a multi-discipline organization responsible for designing, building and integrating state of the art testing environments (flight simulators for missiles), as the last step before flight test.
On our team, you will work with weapon system designers to understand requirements, design solutions, integrate, and deploy the systems to help support tactical software development, testing, and delivery for missiles to the warfighter.
Please note that due to the nature of our work, these roles require on-site presence up to 100% We value diverse skills and experience, so don’t hold back.

Responsibilities to Anticipate: Communicate regularly with the program Chief Engineer Responsible for the Technical Execution of the program Work directly with the Program Manager to establish and complete program milestones Lead a multi-disciplinary team in an engineering environment Develop and participate in presentations for gate reviews Attend Failure Review Boards (FRBs) when required Attend Change Control Boards (CCBs) and approve system changes Report status metrics for your team to stakeholders Define program requirements in a multi-disciplinary team As the lead, you will be expected to provide training, as needed, understand the scope, cost and schedule of the Program and define and delegate tasking for your team.
Travel up to 20% to support development and/or delivery of our test environment equipment Basic Qualifications: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 8 years experience Experience contributing to the design, development and/or integration of the test equipment within an HWIL environment Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team in an engineering environment Active US Government issued Secret security clearance is required.

Preferred Qualifications: Master of Science degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
