Job Summary: Raytheon Company is looking for an experienced Material Program Manager to join the AT Team.
The successful candidate will be a self starter who is capable of developing and achieving program objectives in a matrix environment and successfully interface with functional and program leadership.
In this highly visible role, you’ll be the liaison between Supply Chain and Program teams.
You’ll create and execute Material Program Strategies and Plans to ensure the flawless execution from the front end of the business through contract closure.
This position supports a product development effort that requires the ability to operate in a challenging and constantly changing environment.
This position is an onsite role.
Responsibilities to Anticipate: Developing and executing Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans.
Planning and executing sourcing decisions and support the Make/Buy/Where process.
Identifying Customer Prime Contract Flow-Downs and obtaining any required Terms Attachments and/or Modifications.
Assisting with the generation of Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs).
Generating Supplier Request for Information/Proposals/Quotes and obtaining and understanding supplier proposals/quotes.
Generating and processing Supplier New Add / Re-Activation requests.
Driving Purchase Requisition generation & Purchase Order placement/management.
Participating in supplier engagements and reviews to ensure supplier performance.
Basic Qualifications: Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience in Program Management, Material Program Management, Procurement, Contracts, Finance, Operations, and/or Strategic Sourcing The ability to obtain and maintain a U.

government issued security clearance is required.

citizenship is required, as only U.
S.
citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management or related.
Experience with Prime Contract Requirements and Statements of Work (SSOWs).
Experience with Finance, Supply Chain, Production Control, and/or Procurement processes and requirements.
Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Ability to support complex product development efforts.
Excellent reporting/communication skills.
Experience in a matrixed organizational structure.
