SUMMARY:
Provides on demand support and training to District Office Managers and staff.
Provides coverage and office procedure continuity during office staff transitions.
This position includes travel to multiple school sites to work with staff and collaborate with district content area specialists to support office procedures.
Helps new staff become familiar with school and district procedures and resources.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Five (5) years experience in a business/school office
OR
Associate’s degree in a related field
AND
Three (3) years experience in a business/school office
Experience with bookkeeping and/or accounting practices and principles
Proficient Computer Skills using word processing, spreadsheet and database programs (Microsoft Office)
Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.
Supervisory Experience
Extensive customer service experience.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
FBI fingerprint background check.
Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
Proof of immunity to Tdap Immunization (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis)
Valid Arizona Driver’s License required within 10 days of hire.
Reliable mode of transportation MVReport – showing no more than the allowable points against Driver’s License and Reliable mode of personal transportation with evidence of insurance compliance greater than or equal to the state required minimum for car insurance as described under Governing Board Policy: EEB-R-1 Business and Personnel Transportation Services - Transportation by Employees.

Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
