This is a full unit, not a single bedroom with shared space.

There is a lovely courtyard out back.

There is a king bed and large closet in the bedroom.
The couch pulls out into a full size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress.
I also have another King bed unit ($70/night Winter rates) and a Queen bed unit ($65/night Winter rates).
All at the same location and all gorgeous! 3 night minimum for 2 guests.
Sorry, No pets.
There is a $45 cleaning fee.
Also an extra $10/night for each adult guest after 2 guests.

Our Summer rates ($55 King, $50 Queen) run from April to the end of September.
Winter rates ($70 King, $65 Queen) run from October to the end of March.
