Rusted Fence Ranch is a little hidden oasis in a small country neighborhood not far from Catalina State Park and the National Forest with a well developed trail network for hiking, biking and walking.
We are off the main road just a bit and completely fenced which provides plenty of privacy.
The little ranch is open, spacious, private, quiet and has a great view of the beautiful Catalina Mountains.
However, we are just minutes away from all the amenities one may need; grocery store, restaurants, Starbucks, Walmart, hiking, biking, etc.
You can even access hiking trails right at the end of the block.
Our neighborhood is full of wonderful warm friendly folks and we often have a ranch campfire which you would be very welcome to join.
The guest house at Rusted Fence Ranch was recently remodeled into a full fledged studio apartment for winter visitors.
This is a completely private unit with a lovely wrap around porch to enjoy the mountain view.
It is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.
The studio has a kitchenette, microwave, toaster, Keurig and drip coffee pots, refrigerator, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, linens, towels, AC/heat and a propane BBQ grill and fire pit on the patio.
Designated parking right by the studio.
Self-check in is available.
The main house is on the other end of the property giving you lots of privacy.
This is a quiet, private, relaxing setting and the view is amazing! We have a 5 star rating and are here to help you with your visit to the area.
