Looks like the Czech military mess kit but it's the QuickStove Cook Kit.
Sells new for around $40-45 and while removed from packaging, it has never used.
Pot holds up to 7 cups or 1.
65 liters of water.
Lid can also be used as a plate or pan.
Fuel disks can boil water in minutes.
The Cube Stove that uses the fuel disks has 12 cooking positions and accepts multiple fuel sources such as fuel tablets, Sterno cans, wood, charcoal, alcohol burner, or fire starters.
Also included is a Ozark Trail 40oz insulated tumbler that needs a gasket replacement (available at Walmart) and four A Pack MREs from '09.
