Wanted - Room Near Downtown or On West Side (Tucson, AZ)

Hello, I'm looking for a room to rent within 3 miles of downtown (my office doesn't have parking so I mostly bike).
I work a lot and am often out of the house, so my ideal situation would be with someone who is comfortable with their housemate being gone a lot.
I have reliable employment and am looking for something between $400 and $800 a month.
I am hoping to stay in Tucson long term (so please no summer-only sublets).
I am LGBTQ friendly, tidy (I'm not obsessively clean, but I do try and keep spaces fairly clean), a dog lover, thoughtful, emotionally intelligent, and a direct communicator.
I have a great sense of humor.
I do environmental consulting work and volunteer a lot in my free time.
