First off, I work full time, I pay my rent, I keep to myself.
35 male, cigarette smoker (outdoors).
I work overnights, so you'll hardly ever have to see me.
I can afford $500-$600 a month, max.
I don't have a car, so I can only live somewhere close to a bus line.
The room I'm currently living in, I found on Craigslist.
I've been here since Jan 1st, and I hate it.
One roommate blasts music at full volume at 9am everyday and is always hitting his 6 week old puppy, another *insists* on leaving the front door *OPEN* at all times (he literally puts a cinder block in the way so nobody can close the door), not realizing that he's essentially laying out a welcome mat for mice.
I tried to explain why leaving the front door open in winter isn't the best idea, and I was immediately threatened with violence.
Oh, and the best part, they're all drunks and smoke cr@ck.
I am almost a year sober ("California sober".
I still enjoy 4:20), and I don't want to be around these guys anymore.
