Looking to help each other (Tucson)

I find it easier for two people together to pull themselves out of a hole than to do it alone.
I already have a “studio” and am looking to get into an apartment.
We can stay here in my place until we can find one, stay in your place until we find one or wait until we find one prior to cohabitation.
I work full time and rent is always paid early.
I do have a child that is with me every weekend, 16 years old.
