I just started a new job I'm actually down here from Colorado starting fresh and got a job off of Oracle and grant working at a landscape company.

Currently I'm staying wherever I can shelters or hotels depending on room availability and how much money I'm able to pay out each day if I'm able to find some work
I'm a experienced landscaper with over 12 yrs exp working irrigation, maintenance, planting,yard design, flagstone, pretty much anything I can do in the yard.

I also do painting,patch walls, fix a little of this n that and do handyman work if needed.

I'm looking for a room to rent for a month maybe longer but I can only offer my work for exchange for room right now my 1st check is on the 18th of this month and I can pay for the full month and next month at same time or whatever you want work out but I'd like to find somewhere before Monday night since I start Tuesday morning so I can work and shower and sleep and go the next day till I'm able to get on my feet again out here .
I'm respectful,clean, quiet,drug free, I'm 33 yr old Mexican and I'm only looking for myself and I'm able to provide all my own hygiene and food so there's no issues with that and I'm respectful of others and their property.
