F Seeking a roommate (Tucson)

64 year young lady here.
I'm looking for a roommate M or F.
Prefer long-term quite community or house.
I'm downsizing.
Extremely responsible, quiet, (as in not a partier) though 420 friendly.
I get along with most everyone, great sense of humor, intelligent, very clean, respectful, honest, young at heart.
I'm thinking around the beginning of February or so.
I'd love to have a cat or little dog, if not that's okay too.
Retired, guaranteed income, rent/utilities depending on location and home, guest house would be ideal.
Not seeking an 'arrangement' situation.
