Retired male seeking (tucson)

I am desiring to become roommates with someone who has lost a mate and that would like to have another person around for safety and security… I prefer to room with one other person but will consider other options I don’t generally entertain @ home as I enjoy my privacy… I already room with a male my age and things are working out except his dog has become aggressive.
It recently bite a delivery man and has from time to time become aggressive towards me… thus I am seeking another room to rent.
My preference is a quiet drama free environment.
I don’t drink alcohol not do I smoke tobacco.
But I do use cannabis products that don’t smell and which are mostly eaten.
Home must have working a/c and heat.
I am allergic to cats and some perfumes and scents My budget is $500.
00… Location is extremely important so if you would please include it when responding it would be much appreciated.
Also I communicate better by phone or in person rather than texting… Please include your general location when responding or I will not respond as this is my biggest concern when seeking housing.
