Semi-retired cyclist looking for room for a couple of months (Tucson)

I am a semi-retired 51 year old coming to Tucson to ride in the Spring and seeking a room or house-share in or around Tucson.
I 'm well educated, quiet, neat, clean, no vices, and with no pets.
Mostly eat vegetarian and happy to whatever maintenance needs to be done around the house also if that helps out.
I do not drink, am up early and usually in bed by 9pm.
Plays well with others.
