Hello! I am relocating to Tucson and looking for a temporary (open to long-term) living and work situation.
Ideally, you have a rental, such as AirBnB, which has several rooms and serves multiple guests.
I would act as your on-grounds attendant, do the housekeeping after their stay and prep for the next.
I would even be open to work as a laundry attendant for your guests, if you would like to preserve your equipment with proper use, care, and maintenance.
Would upkeep common areas indoors (open to discussion on outdoor areas).
Open to any side projects you might have as well.
Essentially, I would be your caretaker of the property.

I am a woman, 32 year old Army veteran, and I've been working hard at grounding myself in safe environments and with similar folks.
I live a fairly simple life.
I spend a significant time reading and writing.
It's important to live my beliefs which is why I've lived car-free for years.
With that, comes spending many moments walking, riding a bicycle, or taking a bus.
The rest of my time is spent trying to aid others in any way I can (usually through my labor) as I live in voluntary poverty.
I don't feel a need to hoard money and only buy what I need.
If you would pay me for this work, I would be so grateful.
However, having housing is the main "payment" I'm seeking.
