Hello, I recently lost my housing &am currently in a bit of a bad spot.
I do have a job and get paid weekly, I am not looking for a place to stay for free.
Unfortunately I've had a hard time finding a different place to stay due to high deposits and application fees and the fact that I have no money saved up at the moment, however I do have a weekly income.
Basically I'm looking to rent a room or a garage or even a living room, just a suitable space where I can have some privacy, access to a shower and a safe place to lay my head.
I'm getting paid tonight, the 12th, and I'm looking for a space to rent for the next week, until the 20th.
I will be able to pay $200 in cash for the week, and if we find we are a good fit for each other we can discuss maybe a long-term arrangement.
I'm also willing to negotiate the price.
I'm hoping this ad will be read by somebody who maybe needs a little cash right now and doesn't mind the impromptu arrangement.

a little bit about myself, I'm a 31 year old female with no kids,
no husband, and no vehicle to take up your parking space.
I am employed full time but I've only had the job for a few weeks and have therefore not managed to save anything up.
I'm not a creep or a psycho or looking to get anything for free.

I've had dozens of messages today and only from a few people that seem genuinely interested in renting out a space.
I included a picture of myself so you know that I'm real and who I say I am.

I understand that this is Craigslist and it should not come as a surprise that most people seem more interested in finding a date then what I posted about but come on people.
Don't waste your time or mine.
I don't mean to be rude I'm just frustrated with all the emails and texts from people with their own agenda.
