First I would like to thank you for reading my rental post Senior male and widower seeks a quiet rental in a non drama environment Actually I'm an old hippie that believes in live and let live I have four main criteria when it comes to housing Location is the most important issue for me and i will not respond if your reply does not include a general location Second key is the roommate as we must be compatible and this one is kinda tricky Many people present well but some may be difficult to live with It's kinda like rolling the dice and hoping for the best Third area is the homes amenities.

if you have cats i am not interested As for me I can be a quiet keep to myself kind of person or not this depends on you I am a night owl by nature And I enjoy many outdoor activities So if you would like to respond and don't include the location I will simply ignore you Home must include a/c and heat that are available and used Well I'm not handyman i am willing to help around the home ie garden care Also and this is a big also I do not respond to texts The budget is $500.
