Howdy! My name is Terry, am an aged 31 dude, and I work part time in the 85714 area, looking for some place cheaper than current $600 rent where I am now so I can pay off cc debt quicker.
No criminal record, I have references, solid resume to attest I am a functioning member of society.
I maybe shouldn't say I'm totally normal though, as I mostly want to pay off debt so I can try out farmshares or attempt to be a nomad.
Which is to suggest the "less than" symbol can go quite low; honestly an infestation-free, not-stinky, private sleepable closet would be fine with me, I mostly just want somewhere to sleep comfily near a bathroom and shower--I spend most spare time reading or on my phone anyhow, so not in great need of space.
