In need of home (Tucson)

This is Jim, he is a 10mo old pup, not neutered.
He is a corgi mix.
He will not get much bigger at all.
I am not looking to make money off of him, I just want him to have a home better suited for him.
He will come with his pillow, dog bowl, toys.
