Rehoming Merele Aussie

We are looking to rehome our beloved dog Nova.
Our new apartment cant accommodate her :-( She is 3 years old.
House trained.
TONS of energy.
We would like her to go to a home with a large backyard or on a farm.
She is spayed and has all her shots updated.
A rehoming fee of $150 to ensure she goes to a good home.
