Help me find a good home (SE - Tucson)

Help this guy find a good home.
We cant keep him.
Guessing a pit mix? Very much still a puppy and very sweet.
No chip.
Found near the airport.
He must not have been a stray for long he is not at all scared just wants to play and eat.
Needs to go to the vet to get checked out.
$100 re-homing fee which will be donated to the animal league of Green Valley.
