TUNDRA (cat) needs a perm. home (tucson)

Tundra is a 14lb, neutered male cat.
he is very sweet, and playful.
likes to cuddle, lay on your lap, or chest.
and in general a very cute little ding dong.
He is updated on his vaccines.
currently indoor/outdoor.
I've known him for about 2 years, and he has been living with me and my other cat for a year.
He would probably do best as the only pet, or at least the only cat.
he likes attention.
The issue is that he likes to play more than my other cat does, and it causes some issues between them.
Trying to alleviate this stress for all of us and find him a permanent home where he will be well loved.
Small rehoming fee to ensure he is well taken care of.
