Shepherd mix

Hi, I think I have a German shepherd (not sure if he's pure bred) he gets along with people and other cats and dogs after warming up to them (needs slow introduction) I recently just got him from this abusive household but he does not like my turkey so I can't give him the home he needs, he is scared of the leash but he is potty trained and knows basic commands and needs some help learning to trust again but I'm currently in high school and don't have the time to train him like I want and thought.

I was told he's around 9-10 months but I think he's older then that.
He does have shots but isn't nurtured.
He's a sweet heart and wants to be loved but I got to much on my plate at the moment.
Only asking for a 25$ rehoming fee but if you can show proof of a good home and send me a few updates on how he's doing i can do 15$ he will come with whatever dog food I have left.
Please do not flag!!! I need to find him the best home that fits him and sadly that's not mine.
I hate to see him go because I have grown a little bond with him.
