Terrier mix pup (Tucson)

We have a sweet female pit bull terrier that we need to rehome.
She is a year old so still has that puppy energy.
We love her to death and she is super sweet.
Loves all people and loves children.
Unfortunately she is not so good with other dogs and she is a cat chaser.
Really she needs to just be in a home where it is just her.
No other pets.
She relies on human contact and loves to cuddle.
She has a lot of energy and enjoys playing tug, fetch and likes walks although she needs some walk training so she doesn't pull but she's a quick learner so some time with that and she will be a pro.
I have a 10 year old and a 2 year old toddler and she is absolutely wonderful with them.
She loves them and definitely would protect them if she needed to.
She needs a home with no other pets but a home that has the time to play with her so she can get her energy out.
A home with a yard and enough space to play.
She is still a puppy after all.
She is spayed and has updated shots.
She has a chip that can be transfered into your name if you choose to take her.
I have all of her paperwork for proof of shots and spay and her chip number.
I really just want her to find a good home where she is going to be comfortable and loved.
She is the type of dog that wants all the love.
