Loving 13yr old Blue Cat to New Home (tucson)

This pretty lady was named Willow by my grandpa when he rescued her.
She was a stray for her 1st year and but finally gave him a chance and went into the house.
It was love ever after.
My grandparents both passed away in 2019 and Willow has been living at my family home since; with my grandmother's cat who is also about 13, and my own animals.
The two aren't very connected emotionally but have lived together their whole lives.
You can find his ad posted separately because I'm hoping to rehome them both but not necessarily together.
I have several other cats and I think everyone would be happier if they had more space to themselves.
I'd like to find a calm, quiet home for Willow to settle down into as she continues to mature.
She needs to have some free roam space outdoors but spends most of her time sleeping on the bed.
She used to cuddle very closely with my younger sister before she moved away.
Now she cuddles with my mom at night.
Willow can be quite vocal at times and makes clear what she wants.
She needs a source of running water and her own litter box.
She had rountine shots and a dental examine about 2 years ago.
Her health has always been outstanding and I think she has lots of life and love yet to come.
She gets along with my dogs but doesn't like close contact.
Same with the other cats.
She has experience with kids of all ages and warms up to men with gentle voices.
