Male Newfoundland

I am rehoming my Newfie Grizzly.
He is a really great dog.
He is kennel trained and house trained.
He is also fixed and chipped.
He just turned two this December.
He is an inside dog as it would be extremely hot for him to be outside.
He loves to go for walks and lay at your feet.
He's pretty chill for the most part.
He does well with kids.
I'm not sure about cats.
He is being rehomed because he is not doing well out here in three points with all the dust and dirt.
Red nosed dogs tend to be more sensitive to things and he is sneezing and scratching because of it.
I have been giving him allergy pills to help with the symptoms, and it does help, but I don't want him to have to take these everyday when he could live in town and be just fine.
He is roughly 100 pounds.
He is a very loving dog and it sucks we have to rehome him but it is what is best for him.
