Belgian Malinois Puppy (Female) (Catalina)

I purchased this little puppy recently but must find a good home for her immediately.
She is a wonderful dog at 12 weeks old and does well with basic commands such as sit, lay-down, shake.
I'm working with her now on stay and come.
She is potty trained for the most part but still has accidents late evening, early morning.
She does pretty well on a leash but will need for someone to spend some good time with her daily to grasp heeling.
She has only been around adults for the most part and will need to be introduced to socializing and other interaction types.
I'm hoping to find her a loving and healthy environment where she will get the additional training needed.
Please only inquire if your familiar with the breed and will have the time and outdoor space to train her properly.
She will need to have her initial shots.
A small rehoming fee will apply.
She will come with a collar, leash, transport cage, food, and toys.
