The bike was BMW dealer maintained (Bloodworth Motorcycles in Nashville, Tennessee) through the 12,000-mile service (I have the dealer maintenance records), owner serviced for the 18,000-mile service (I am a personal friend of the owner/seller and have his detailed records) and upgraded at 20,400 miles by a professional private garage mechanic (another personal friend) in Nashville.
